For the new podcast and production studio of falkemedia publishing house (Beat magazine, Professional Audio, Mac Life …), we developed and implemented a customized room acoustics concept – from the acoustic planning to the final installation of the elements. The aim was to transform the studio container, which initially had a strong reverberation, into a professional recording environment for podcasts, music production and creative sessions.
The targeted use of Absorbers, Ceiling Sails, Diffusors and Basstraps significantly improved the room acoustics, creating a balanced sound environment with clear intelligibility and a controlled low-frequency response. At the same time, the focus was on a modern studio design that combines functionality and style.
The result is an inspiring production space with professional acoustics and a high-quality finish. Falkemedia describes the new studio as ‘first-class – both acoustically and visually’ and particularly highlights how much the sound quality and the working experience in the room have improved thanks to the acoustic optimization.
