Sound Level Measurement
Noise at the workplace can impair concentration and cause long-term damage.
In addition to a measurement of reverberation time, a sound level measurement is especially important for offices, industrial facilities, and events. It concerns both occupational safety and general protection against hearing damage.
If you are interested in a sound level measurement, please send us an inquiry at akustik@hofa.de
How the measurement is done
As part of a sound level measurement, an experienced acoustician executes the measurement on site according to the VDI guideline 3760. We also offer measurements for events according to DIN 15905-5.
After that we can plan acoustical measures in order to reduce the noise according to the “TRLV Lärm” and the “Lärm- und Vibrations-Arbeitsschutzverordnung (LärmVibrationsArbSchV)”.
Please note that no vibration measurements are done during these assessments.
